wages to same work for men & women alike, basic facilities & cleanliness at place of work, timely payment of
wages, and minimum wage. We insist with artisan groups that there should be no forced overtime,
harassment, verbal abuse or corporal punishment. Our artisans understand this and
are sensitive to group members’ needs and requirements.

Kris Kreations encourages artisans to develop, and sells the traditional handicrafts
made by them. Kris is committed to the welfare of its producer groups and assists
many crafts people with finances, design, training & management of their work.
Producer groups range from single persons to extended family groups.
Items made by Kris' producer groups provide an alternate to products made in sweatshops.
